This form has 12 pages and the edition is 02/13/19, you can find this date at the bottom of the page on the form. You should submit the correct edition of this form otherwise USCIS will reject your application.
How to Fill Out The Form I-130?
You can download the instructions from the USCIS website on how to fill out the form. What we did in our form, we wrote everything what is asked from us and just leave blank for the questions not applicable for us or put N/A or None for the questions that need our answers. For numbers, we put 000000 if we don't have it such as A-Number or USCIS online number. We put "None" for the interpreter, preparer or lawyer information part.
We paid $535 for this application using a money order. You can pay with a money order, personal check or cashier's check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. We put our money order on top of our packet.
Do not forget to sign the form. Double check the part 1, 2 and 4 which are very important because it's all about relationship, information of the petitioner and the beneficiary. If something is missing on the part that I've mentioned and the form is unsigned, they will reject it.
